The end result is good, but they had to come back a couple times to fix leaks, glass wobbling noises, caulking cleanup, and glass alignment issues. They promptly fixed these issues. Great customer service owned by a nice family owned business with competitive pricing.
Petty Products installed a custom glass shower and door for our bathroom remodel and did an amazing job! Great customer service, communication, reasonable prices and perfect fit! Highly recommend them!
Amazing customer service, can't explain how easy and nice everyone was to work with. Nancy was great at answering my questions and even showing me examples before Bert came out to measure and it was a smooth, quick process. The quality of our shower doors are amazing as well. Quote was very reasonable and especially since we had been waiting to have our dog shower door installed for a few years and a new bathroom basement shower. We will definitely use them again when the time comes!
We are so happy with our new glass shower doors with Petty Products. The office and installers were so easy to deal with I would gladly give ten stars if possible!
This company was so wonderful to work with from beginning to end! We originally planned to have a different company install our shower door in our primary bathroom but we ran into some communication/personnel issues and we weren’t sure we were going to be happy with the finished product, so we decided to try out Petty.
