We found a leak coming from our boiler early in the day, and after we could not reach our usual plumber, we called for help and got a fast response. The team sent robert out the same day to inspect the problem, and calvin completed the repair smoothly later on. Both robert and calvin explained everything clearly, and wyatt did a great job with the scheduling and follow-up. I was unsure about trying a different plumbing service at first since i had used another company before, but i was really happy with the whole experience.... read more

we had robert come out to fix a broken toilet flange that was stuck to the drain pipe. after i gave the wrong info about the type of plastic pipe, he made an extra supply run and still got everything taken care of. he finished the plumbing repair, reset and caulked the toilet, and tested it to make sure it was working right. we are also having him come back to install a kitchen faucet that has been sitting in the box for a while because i cannot get under the sink to do it myself. based on what i have seen so far, i would hi... read more

Absolutely amazing plumbing service. They were at my home in less than an hour after I called. Very professional, clean, and honest, and they explained everything up front before starting the work. The pricing was very fair, and I got a text when the technician was on the way with the details of who was coming and what plumbing work would be done. I’m a plumber myself, but this boiler problem was beyond my skill level, and they handled it the right way. The whole repair process was smooth, clear, and well organized. This is ... read more

We found this plumber through a neighborhood recommendation and had called a few plumbing companies first. His quote was the most competitive, and the whole process felt straightforward from the start. When calvin arrived, he looked over the plumbing issue carefully, explained the bathroom and kitchen faucet work in simple terms, and gave a fair estimate without pushing any extra repairs or upsells. He was easy to schedule with and even worked weekends, which made it much easier for us. After using his service for a couple o... read more

Our basement drains backed up with sewage on a weekend evening, and Petty Family Plumbing really came through. robert was a real lifesaver. He kept us calm, was very friendly, and explained the whole drain cleaning process in simple terms. The clog turned out to be tough, and the first few methods did not clear the line, but he stayed patient and kept working through the problem step by step. After several hours, he finally got the sewer line flowing again, and the difference was immediate. He handled the backup carefully, w... read more
