I do not recommend anyone hire Attorney David Lee Pettus for any legal matter.  I hired him several years ago and boy do I regret it.  He did not answer the majority of my calls and he met me in a parking lot to hand me my “settlement check”—relatively low, even numbered, amount—(he never even got out of his very large BMW, btw).  One of the local network TV stations, KPRC 2, has already aired 3 different reports this year (2024) about how he continues to disappoint those who have hired him.  Some of those clients stated he ... read more

We hired this man as our attorney after a hit and run accident wrecked our car in October 2021 that left my wife and I with various injuries. In the following year, Pettus "settled" our case without our permission and for an amount that we never agreed with.
