I've had great luck with the service department on my Badlands Bronco. When it was time to replace it, I bought my Ranger Raptor through Pettus based on the experience I had with service. When I needed something, they picked my vehicle up at the house, fixed it, and time it too me. I knew through text when they left and when they were arriving. Extremely friendly and professional staff. Completed the repair in under the estimated amount of time.
Unexpected low tire pressure on my way into DeSoto. Pettus Ford dealership was unable help and recommended there alternative oil and tire shop across the road. Walked in and was immediately assisted. They indicated they would pull it in and check it out right away! Within 15 minutes they indicated it was a bolt in the tire and could be repaired. Easy peasy in and out with in 30 minutes. Cost was $25 which is the going rate I think for tire repair. Thanks pettus team!
