Pettit & Sons provided outstanding service, which is very rare these days. I called other spa stores, including the location where I purchased my spa, and they told me they couldn't get the parts to fix my spa. When I called Pettit's, Shawn came down to check out the problem, found and ordered parts that supposedly don't exist, and fixed the spa. Wow! Very impressive. Highly recommend. I can't thank them enough.
Went in to get pool water analysis because I couldn't get accurate information from test strips. The folks in there are informative, kind, and willing and able to explain how to correct pool issues. Prices are very reasonable especially for professional grade products. If you need pool advise or help go there and they'll get you on track.
