They sold me a rear differential for my truck. A week later, I finally got it installed & found it was making noise.. they offered no warranty, no refund & told me they would check to see if they had another in their yard & if not their friend was good at working on them.. they failed to return my call!! As a business owner myself, I feel they are only out for your money & have horrible customer service and bad business ethics! I advise you to take your business elsewhere!
I would have given zero stars if I could. I recently found out that the car I got the odometer was rolled back. The car was a piece of crap and who knows how many miles was on it. It would not have been purchased if that was disclosed. That is a violation of federal law and charges are being filed. I contacted them 3 times to try and resolve and they would not call me back. I would not recommend this place ever.
I got a 2017 chevy from here only a month ago and the car has been down ever since I got the vehicle it has broken down twice and had to he towed and second time they left it on the side of the road and told us it was towed to a shop to be worked on. After we found out it was about to be towed they ignored us not returning calls or texts and the torque converter is bad, the transmission and alternator all out in one month. Would give 0 stars if i could!!! Our 2019 dodge blew up from here not even 3 weeks of owning it! We even bought the extended warranty threw them and they want us to pay 20k for a new motor that's not even available for purchase right now! Not to mention We traded in 7500 cash a nice 2016 dart and a 2015 chevy for this 2019 hunk of metal Eric told us he can't help it his vehicals are bought from auction and knows very little about them when they are sold! Buyers beware.
