The place is filthy. & Overrun with bedbugs. The Director of the facility tasks to residents like he's better than them. He is physically and verbally ABUSIVE to residents. I used to live there. I was a resident for 7 months.
Fun atmosphere, caring staff. Home like feel.
Infested with bed bugs and roaches this place needs to be shut down. Some staff is just lazy and refuse to do anything, leaving it up to 1 or 2 staff to do everything while the others sit in the office. I had a friend working there who is pregnant and they completely overworked her. Another staff had a kid with 104.8 fever, so she called the DON and the DON said she’s wasn’t coming in because she didn’t want to get dressed. This place needs shut down. 😒 Horrible Horrible place
There facility needs to be investigated and further looked into about the care of the people that stay in there Facility. They’re not getting to go to the dentist they’re not getting their glasses just to see with medical care is very minimum. The things that goes on there is causing mental stress and it’s making the situation much worse. this is my experience with the place I wouldn’t suggest it.
