Edit: Im changing my review because the of the promtness of the front office staff. They had reached out to try and amend my experience, which was extremely warming. This office is so amazing, especially Tammy. I have been seeing her on and off for 20 plus years. She is such a blessing to my life and her knowledge and background are beyond amazing ! She is my saving grace!

I went through a ton of paperwork and effort to schedule an appointment with the owner Tamara. When I arrived a gentleman at the reception area told me to wait in the lobby for my appointment. 20 minutes after my scheduled appointment time, the owner who I was scheduled with came out and greeted the other person in the waiting area. She did not acknowledge me at all and left the building.
