We loved staying here! The staff was so kind without being overly “in your face”. There were homemade cookies in our room, great recommendations for what to do in town, the breakfast was amazing, and the atmosphere was great! We were only passing through town for a night and ended up here because we wanted to find a place that was more unique than a standard hotel, but I honestly wish we could have spent more time here. I feel like we didn’t get the full experience. We’d love to come back!
We just got back from our second stay at Pettigru Place Bed & Breakfast and we think this is a top quality B&B. The house and rooms are furnished with quality and class. We love the old fashioned Frigidaire stocked with soda's and water for the guests. The food is excellent as is the location. You can walk to downtown for the farmers market from May to Oct on Saturdays as well as numerous great places to eat and catch a cold drink. We held my son and new daughter-in-law's wedding at Pettigru Place and it was everything we could have dreamed of. Our immediate family and friends came to celebrate with us and share the very special and beautiful day. The gorgeous gazebo and garden were a perfect backdrop for our lovely wedding photos. Perfect and beautiful. The best breakfast my husband and I ever ate. The ambiance, great! The decor, high class and unique. The hospitality, first class and like no other. You won't be disappointed. The staff here is very welcoming and made arrangements for assisting with my diet restrictions.
Very nice stay. Breakfasts were to die for and the location was good as well. Very walkable area.
