The new owners are super friendly and seem to wanna take better care of the property than the former owners.
Do not do business with this storage facility. The people who own this unit will cheat you out of your deposit. We left not one single item in the storage unit and swept it out. Thinking they were a reputable business We expected no problem in getting our deposit back. We were shocked when we received a letter stating we wouldn't get the deposit back because we left stuff behind and a mess on the floor.
