I drove from Oregon to purchase my Montana Fifth Wheel from Wagner's RV Center. Their price was the best in the nation for this brand new trailer. The salesman I dealt with, Randy, was very professional. He answered all my question very quickly and quickly responded to my request with additional pictures. Horrible, Horrible, Horrible Service is terrible, Salesman are rude, customer service is bad keep you on the phone waiting minimum 5 minutes. Lie to you about the camper and quality. Blames the manufacture for all the problems. Tells you to put insurance on a camper then sends your back to manufacture and were giving you a different one. They didn't even let us know. Wasted money one insurance and don't even own the camper. Send out repair people with no tools. Warrant issues and won't fix it. The list goes on and on. I woul... read more

Nightmare! – Where memories begin but nightmares continue. I should have walked out during the sales presentation of the used Expandable. I should have cancelled everyting during their closing process. I should have left without the camper during delivery. I should never have gone to Wagners. They lied. They were incompetent. They failed to do any of the cleanup they promised. They failed to disclose a major problem with the camper, insisting "everything is works just fine".
