We recently ordered a new Whirlpool tub through a local plumber. During installation, they discovered it was leaking and contacted the manufacturer multiple times to arrange a repair. The manufacturer eventually sent Derek from Petterson Plumbing to replace the cracked jets. Derek arrived on time and went above and beyond while completing the repair. His professionalism, attention to detail, and clear communication were outstanding. We highly recommend Derek and Petterson Plumbing—top-notch service from start to finish.
I WOULD RECOMMEND PETTERSON PLUMBING TO ANYONE! Last night my basement flooded because the sewer backed up. Don’t know how long it was happening but I vacuumed up15+shop vacs full of sludge water. Called three different septic companies because I thought the septic tank might be the problem. Only got to leave voicemails. No one called me back. Derek answered the phone right away around 730 PM water heater wasn’t working and he offered to come by in -4 degree weather fixed the problem right away. Great work! Highly recommend
