Actually no stars. I have a leak under my house. Glen asked me to send an email which I did promptly. After a week with no response I emailed again, and later rang. He'd just had his office forward the week old first email. Apparently they only check emails on Wednesdays. He said he'd be around this afternoon. Late in the afternoon I asked when. Phoned to organise a job viewing for a quote and the response was atrocious. Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. The response received was arrogant, ignorant and just completely unnecessary. I don't know how you have customers with that attitude.
