Terrible Experience!!! While the plumbing work was completed to a good standard, I was extremely disappointed with the billing practices. I was charged for 5 hours plus materials, which included travel time, time spent discussing the job, and wrapping up, not just the actual work performed. This felt misleading and unfair. Future customers should be very cautious about the way time is charged. I will not be using this plumber again.

Actually no stars. I have a leak under my house. Glen asked me to send an email which I did promptly. After a week with no response I emailed again, and later rang. He'd just had his office forward the week old first email. Apparently they only check emails on Wednesdays. He said he'd be around this afternoon. Late in the afternoon I asked when.
