this was my first time here, and I have to comment on the lack of professionalism, it felt like I was taking my car to be fixed by an uncle or something, didn't quite have the demeanor of a high end auto shop. but besides that, there was very foul banter in the garage that could be heard from the entire building as well as outside, such as shit talking about all the vehicles, calling each other names like children, and generally just fooling around. this made me incredibly nervous for the quality of work that would be done, ... read more
Excellent repair work on SUV door replacement and other related repairs. Also great customer service by Sean and Wendy. Pettens was as a recommendation from two friends. They did not disappoint me!
Great people and excellent service! I’ve called 15 garages today trying to find one that could just take a moment and let me know what a clunking noise was, so I would know if it was safe to drive home to my home town in a couple days. None of them were willing to do so. When we called these guys they offered to take the car for a small test drive and put it up on the lift to make sure it was safe to drive over the highway to my home town. I will continue doing business here! Highly recommend.
