First time taking our dog there to board, staff is super friendly and sent us a “pawgress” report with pictures of our pup in the play group, which was really reassuring and gave us peace of mind. We paid extra for an exit bath, well worth it, our pup came home so clean and happy!
I appreciate the excellent customer service from Melissa and two other ladies who assisted me and my dogs first evaluation day. Thus far I do feel that my dog is in good hands. I love that petsuite is extremely large and has enough space for the dogs to play and I am very grateful that every playroom is supervised.
Tina is the best!
