Dropped our mid-sized 1 year old Bernedoodle for the 1st time for a 4 day out of state trip. Paid extra for individual play if he didn't pass group play test, and paid extra for the upgraded pen with camera and elevated bed like the one he sleeps on at home. Was phoned after drop off and told to pick him up b/c he didn't pass group play and had to explain again we were going out of state and paid extra for individual play. First time taking our dog there to board, staff is super friendly and sent us a “pawgress” report with pictures of our pup in the play group, which was really reassuring and gave us peace of mind. We paid extra for an exit bath, well worth it, our pup came home so clean and happy!
I appreciate the excellent customer service from Melissa and two other ladies who assisted me and my dogs first evaluation day. Thus far I do feel that my dog is in good hands. I love that petsuite is extremely large and has enough space for the dogs to play and I am very grateful that every playroom is supervised.
