Friendly staff, reasonable pricing, good customer service, and good add on options with play time. The only thing that I didn't like is this last time she stayed I asked when picking her up if I could go see her in the element (dog room), I was told no. I think the lady misunderstood as in thinking I wanted to go myself to get her from.the back. I said I just wanted to go with them to see her in the back. The staff is always so friendly! And the facility is spotless! My little schnoodle loves playing all day and the groomer makes her a beautiful girl on spa days. I would recommend this place to a friend.
