The women that takes the reservation in the morning on monday June 29th does not know how to handle dogs. When my dog arrive she barked and she is a non aggressive dog. She lied saying my dog was aggressive because she didn't want to take the German shepherd. She said go book some where else if you have big dogs high chance they will lie just so they dont have to take the dog. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the care my cats received during their stay. I received daily updates, and when I picked them up, they looked happy and well-cared-for. Upon their return home, they were their usual selves, which reassured me that they were treated with love and care. The staff is polite and the faculty is very clean. I will definitely board my cats again.
