We have had our dog stay here multiple times and the private room are worth it they have a tv if you want and a camera you can observe your pet 24/7 also they are quick to respond to changes. For example we called and asked them to move her bed to another part of her room and they did it within 8 minutes and sent us a message it was complete.
Took our dogs to Pet Suites in Lees Summit for their first doggy day care. They loved it!!! We could check on them with the web cam and could tell they were having fun and making new friends
I wish their cameras don’t cut off in the townhouses at night and their tvs that you get in the townhouses turn off at night as well. But the staff is friendly and they take great care of the pets
Our dog loves it here. Customer service and the services they provide are great. Highly recommend
