I had a very frustrating experience with PetSuites in Lee’s Summit due to poor communication and unexpected charges. I was contacted the morning of my dog’s visit and told that if she stayed past 2 PM, the visit would be considered a full day and would cost $32 instead of the $24 I had already paid.
