My experience was very poor here. First of all the customer service was awful. The worker attending me was very rude and looked offended during to the amount of questions i was asking. I was just trying to figure out how things worked around here because it was my first time. In the back, I was also getting weird stares and even heckling. Mainly from someone with dark red hair. PetSuites really accommodates the pets’ needs. They welcome the dog, in my case, and attempt to comfort the girl for her first visit. But they are also honest. My girl did not pass the evaluation because she was too nervous and overstimulated to engage with other dogs her size. She will be returning for a second evaluation. Hopefully, she will be more relaxed and pass. A worker played with my dog since she did not want to play with the other dogs. My dog came home tired.

I don’t normally board my boys because they are nervous guys. But I was pleasantly surprised with the way they were cared for. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

Awesome facility and staff! My pets LOVE visiting Pet Suites. I think it’s fantastic how customizable each customer can make their pet’s visit. The special events and photo ops and treats are such great added bonuses! I rest easy knowing my babies are well cared for in my absence AND I can log in view them via the video cameras. (See photos I included.) Highly recommend!
