I am always pleased with the professionalism of this team. They are very caring toward the babies and very pleasant with their customers. They worked with me to reschedule and provide vaccination records in a practical way.
I like the pawgress report and being able to see my pup on live cameras while I was away for a wedding, but my only issue is that I paid for personal play time, because they said my dog seems too anxious to be around other dogs, but every time I logged in and caught them "playing" with her I felt like my money was well wasted on that add on... Frienly staff and great weekly activities. Your pup will have tons of fun here and be so tired at the end of the day. We moved to a different city, but we were able to find another Pet Suites close to us. Just wanted to share my experience at this location.
It's not far from my house. Glad they are nearby. I don't do the daycare but they are good. It's funny how dogs react towards each other. I saw the daycare. Interesting to watch. So.e dogs are active while others lay around or just sit an watch. So much like people with their personalities. Funny to watch. And there's always a bully in the group. Imagine that. Lol. This place is genuinely the worst place to bring your dog. Your puppies are left in a small kennel all day except for occassional pee breaks. Safety is NOT in the question for the day play. Its a survivors bias until its your dog.
