This facility reeked! When dropping off my pet I could see excrements of a dog (what a welcoming sight). The staff would do better working at Walmart where customer service and communication is not a priority. My pet came back stinky! Yes, pets return smelling like they’ve been boarded but this stench was something else. Never again! For how much they charge for boarding, this should never be an issue.
Great facility, sweet and engaging staff. Very clean. I only wish they had kept me advised of her for the three days. It was our first time leaving her and I was a bit anxious. But she seemed happy and content when we picked her up. The facility did send us a report card about her habits for the stay. All and all for a first experience I think both our cat and her parents were pleased. If we should need it we’d use them again.
I don't have the words to describe how EMMA butchered my puppy's grooming. Probably the worst I've ever experienced. Pup stayed there for a few days with a full groom add on. This employee (EMMA) did such a horrible job that now I'm suspecting the rest of the team there . I will never go back!! They should have refunded my whole bill but at least I got the grooming refunded so its whatever. LESSON LEARNED!!
