Had an appointment today. I get to Pet Suites with my dog this morning and now they can’t accommodate Ryder!! Very Frustrated.
Dog was going for daycare and they band her from outside play because she bit the water hose. Never told us they had any problems with her. Explains why the dog didn't want to stay when we dropped her off. They also told us they used the water hose on her when she was playing to rowdy. Not the way to handle dogs especially when that's your business. Very disappointed will never go back.
Our dog loves vacationing there and socializing with the other dogs.
We never worry when our fur babies are at Pet Suites. Thank you for taking such good care of them.
The customer service and care was exemplary. Highly recommend their services-which is such a relief for fur parents!
My previous Portuguese Water Dog had behavioral issues at other groomers. Pet suites groomer Samantha and their handlers ( esp Andrew ) worked w him until he was cooperative and no issues at all after that. I am taking my newest PWD to her as well in two weeks for his first visit there.
The staff is super friendly and very accommodating and my dog never wants to come home from his vacation! Mommy, who?
