Very disappointed I took my pup in for a groom she had long hair however she wasn’t knotty. Upon making the appointment I did inquirer if they were capable of clipping a puppy. The groomer was very nice continued to assure me she will take her time as my pup very sweet, nervy. When I initially picked her up I was happy to have her back she looked fine I was in bit of hurry as I had school pick up when I got in the car my partner was holding her on he’s lap when all of sudden she yelped.
