Groomer called in sick but no phone call ! Waited till I brought dog in to tell me ! Not good service. Not the first time
Good variety of pet needs
Management please put time into hiring your staff. I should not have to call head office for help with communication on a product I have bought over 6 years on a regular 3 month basis. I have never experienced such rude customer service. I actually thought they were under the influence or drugs or alcohol, they both were extremely out of it I would be horrified if this were my buisness and I had paid staff treating my regular customers like this. Special thanks to the lady on the phone that helped me buy my dog food.
