Told me $75 and then say she's got some matting and I have to charge you $50 for that. It's a week later and she's still shaking her head, probably water in her ears. They told me that the groomer couldn't do her feet properly so I got a $5 off. $120. And she looks like her hair on her paws were chewed off. $5 whole dollars off. I didn't want her shaved and told them that. These dogs are my kids and you didn't take care of her like others who love their job. They didn't do what I told them. Don't shave her. They SHAVED HER.
My dog is 11 years old. Ive had him his entire life, and hes always let me groom him and was always great for his groomer. The last appointment i had was about 8 months ago. I showed up around when he should be ready to be picked up, and there was only one girl there that was completely frazzled and all over the place saying she was really behind and to come back. Megan always does a great job with our bernedoodle Stevie who enjoys going. Their prices are reasonable too.
Have the very same shop in London where I live, but for some reason they cannot seem to be able to maintain a groomer, they had a young person there Ashley that was awesome, now the place is barely open, so I have to go to Hilliard, the groomer there is very good. Work on getting a groomer in London that wants to work more than a couple days a week.
