Very nice staff but gave me misinformation. I brought in a new kitten to get vaccines and flea medication. They checked him out, weighed him, and said he was 6 weeks which is too young to get vaccinated or start flea treatment. The lady I got my kitty from said he was born on July 4th so he would’ve been 10 weeks. Personally I thought he was too big to be 6 weeks? So it didn’t make sense. I visited the clinic because my dog has recurring seasonal allergies, and I couldn’t be happier with the care we received. The staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in. My dog was handled gently and comfortable the whole time. I really appreciate how Dr. Williams was thorough and compassionate. Excellent service, I highly recommend!
The staff was very friendly and did really well with my fearful/anxious dog. Will definitely be using this vet for my dogs in the future.
Had our first visit with Dr. Williams today for my dogs itching. After having a bad experience elsewhere, feeling judged and not listened to by the previous clinic and they didn’t actually help my dog at all. This place was a breath of fresh air! They were so great with my shy, timid dog. Dr. Williams sat on the floor to examine my dog and make things much less scary for her.
