Dr. Youssef and Technician, Ms Kyia provided such excellent care for my feline fur baby, Clarke. My fur baby was very stressed and sick. Ms. Kyia gentle touch and calm voice relaxed my stressed out fur baby as he was being examined. Clarke was very sick and his health was declining rapidly when Dr. Youssef examined him. Terrible experience, absolutely avoid! I went with my aunt and witnessed the doctors kids running around screaming out of control and throwing stuff! I will be reporting this negligence to Petsmart corporate
love all the techs and dr youseff. they take such good care of my bear and love him so much. they’ve helped in getting him taken care of after i adopted him and they work with me so well
Just a great experience. Took the time to answer all my questions. Never once made me feel rushed. Got on the floor to let my dog feel comfortable. Everything was done in front of me except for weighing my dog. Their scale is too big to fit in the room…understandable. Highly recommend. And such a great addition to our community. I’ve been to most vet offices here and none have impressed me like this one. Pricing is so much better than Quail Hollow or Seven Oaks.
Scheduled an appointment for 3:30-4:00 on April 4th for my dog Earl who has a lump on his face that won’t swell down. Got to the store at 3:30 and checked in, rang the bell for service and no one was here. A store associate told me they must have left for the day. Hours say open until 4 pm. Would have been nice to know they left early for the day and closed booking online before we drove all the way here.
