love all the techs and dr youseff. they take such good care of my bear and love him so much. they’ve helped in getting him taken care of after i adopted him and they work with me so well
Just a great experience. Took the time to answer all my questions. Never once made me feel rushed. Got on the floor to let my dog feel comfortable. Everything was done in front of me except for weighing my dog. Their scale is too big to fit in the room…understandable. Highly recommend. And such a great addition to our community. I’ve been to most vet offices here and none have impressed me like this one. Pricing is so much better than Quail Hollow or Seven Oaks.
Scheduled an appointment for 3:30-4:00 on April 4th for my dog Earl who has a lump on his face that won’t swell down. Got to the store at 3:30 and checked in, rang the bell for service and no one was here. A store associate told me they must have left for the day. Hours say open until 4 pm. Would have been nice to know they left early for the day and closed booking online before we drove all the way here.
The veterinarian and the techs here are incredible. I woke up to my little pup yelping because he was in pain and I had no idea what was wrong so I called and explained to them what I was going through and their response was very empathetic and comforting. After a bad experience at Planned Pethood in Zephyrhills, we made an appointment with PetSmart. Got in the same day on time and from start to finish this was a 5+ star experience. Doc and staff were fantastic and we will be bringing our other two pets in as soon as possible. Highly recommend. Well done.
