Dr. Ugochukwu and the vet tech that saw a rescued kitten were incredible. I took her to a different clinic first, paid extra for an emergency visit, but she was barely looked at. I came here a week later- not only did I not have to pay extra but I was able to get a same day apt. They took her injuries seriously and were all very kind.
I booked an appointment for my new puppy’s vaccinations and was extremely disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival, the facility was noticeably dirty and disorganized. The staff seemed more focused on picking up Starbucks than attending to their responsibilities. When I later called to schedule a follow-up appointment, I was left on hold for over 12 minutes and had to hang up and call back just to get a response. Walked in and got a Rabies shot for my puppy for $20. Would have been $10 work an appointment. Petco on Hesperia wanted $90 for 2 shots,one of which I didn't actually need, they just up sold. I walked out of Petco. PetSmart was great!
Been here multiple times to get my little Maltese seen. Has had teeth cleaning, teeth extractions, stomach issues and paw injuries observed by this vet. Doctor takes his time to listen to concerns and makes recommendations.
