On yesterday we took our dog to be groomed and she was not matted might I add!!!! Upon arrival our Golden Doddle was Scalped and it was a VERY TERRIBLE JOB!!!!! The person who rendered the service was gone for the evening!!!!!!! Do Not take your dog there to be groomed!!!!! My amazing dog looks TERRIBLE and I am TRAUMATIZED and so is my son because this is his comfort animal!!!!!
I decided to write a review today randomly and I must say, some of these one star reviews were possible indicators of someone having a bad day. Whether that be the staff of the reviewers. I had a great experience with Ingrid today, but there was a Raymond there and several others that are proactive and helpful. Nevertheless, you can get solid clearance items and their store operates well. Accessible parking and there's rarely a line!

Toni in the grooming department, highly unprofessional, very Rude will not be ever booking with her at least
Arrived 10 mins early with my two Shih Tzus for a 9 am grooming appointment. The associate, Miranda, was literally sitting there not doing anything and made me wait the 10 minutes inexplicably without assisting. I’ve had dogs for years and they have always been accommodating and more than willing to take the dogs.
