They treat our pup well and are very communicative about everything.
BEWARE OF VET TECH ANNIE!! THEY GIVE YOUR DOGS SHOTS YOU EXPLICITLY TELL THEM NOT TO AND THEN DECEIVE YOU AND GIVE THEM ANYWAY! I read reviews before coming here and they are really good, so I felt safe to bring my dog here. However today I had an experience that is so upsetting and I need to warn others! Do not come here unless you don't want any say in your pet's health. Our Nova got her first round of shots today and everyone was so nice.
Dr. Washington at the PetSmart clinic in Tujunga — was wonderful and exceeded our expectations in every way. As a first time patient at that clinic with our new puppet, we didn’t know what the level of care would be like at that clinic and were a bit nervous — but Dr. Washington was very thorough, very knowledgeable and took his time answering my many many questions (and I had a lot) and explained things to my kids in a practical way with patience. Dr Washington, Amy and Loc were amazing! So grateful that I was able to get a last minute appointment for my furry girl! Dr Washington took his time to explain and answer my questions. I think Dr. Washington is amazing. I truly appreciate how he took the time to thoroughly answer questions and, how he did not try to oversell unnecessary treatments or products for Maui.
