There aren't enough words to express our gratitude for how Dr. McKeithen and and Luke handled our having to euthanize our yellow lab, Henry. The love, care and compassion they showed our guy was incomparable. Henry's passing was dignified, stress-free and peaceful. We couldn't have imagined a better way to say goodbye to our sweet boy. Rest in eternal peace buddy. A special "thank you" to Melissa from the PetSmart Grooming Salon for the help and special treatment she always gave Henry.
Was able to schedule my cat for same day visit. He had been sick for days. Everyone there was soo incredibly kind, sweet and caring. Would definitely recommend

i’m terrible with remembering names, but the guy i spoke to over the phone is so amazing. such a sweet genuine and helpful guy. my cats have been experiencing fleas— this the first time ive ever experienced this as well. i didn’t know what to do or how to go about it. he suggested “seresto” collars for them. and i really feel like this will work, and i can rest at night now knowing my babies will be okay. not itching like crazy anymore. i wish i remembered his name, but you are phenomenal man i had to write a review because ... read more
