Kristen Giles was so kind and helpful she listened to everything we had to say and ran numbers for us to make it manageable. Also she was wondering with my dog Pancake. And Dr. Paul Norwood was amazing gave us recommendations and was able to work with us mean while been great with Pancake too thank yall so much. And all the staff was just wonderful I recommended them.
I had an incident with my parrot bird and had to get him check out immediately. I called multiple other veterinarians around the area but they were no help. Until pet smart veterinarian services called me to check up on my appointment and get more information. They were very understanding and patient with me even under pressure. I didn’t realize the veterinarians at PetSmart were independent owners. Years ago I had a poor experience with a “PetSmart” vet and for next 20 years I avoided using their services my pets. That was until I found an abandoned 4 week old kitten. Now by this time, my last dog had passed 2 years prior and I didn’t have a vet.
