Dr. Stanton and everyone else I met were amazing here. My cat had great care!
Excellent care for my dog. Presented the options for treatment and allowed me to select what I thought was appropriate. No "hard sell" which I experience at my regular vet. In fact, Dr Stanton may now be my regular vet!
I was so grateful that I brought my doggie here, and I don't often say that a trip to urgent care is a positive experience. The receptionist was kind and got me in right away, the nurses were sweet, and Dr Stanton was fantastic - very knowledgeable, thoughtful, and communicative. My dog had developed a hot spot that grew into a large ugly wound, and I came in scared, but I went home feeling assured, heard, and cared for with patience. I will be bringing my dogs back here.
San Carlos PetSmart Veterinary services is the best team I have ever worked with. These people truly truly care about your loved ones and are able to explain which services you need and why you need it. There was no upselling whatsoever. Such a great group! Stellar!
