I must say i’m pleasantly surprised at how great my dog did at PETSMART veterinary clinic. They were welcoming, kind, patient, & thorough! My pet even seemed happy!! Thank you all😀

We finally found a veterinarian who really cares! Dr. Bessemer and Laken went above and beyond welcoming our extremely anxious border collie. To lessen our River’s anxiety they came to the car and were extremely patient and encouraging in calming her down resulting in a successful appointment. This personal touch was unexpected and very kind and made a huge impression on us. We were with Banfield for 20 years.
