The staff at this facility are very knowledgeable and might I add absolutely awesome! They take such good care of my Willow. Thank you Team!
Dr Regalado and the PVS Garner team Is the best vet that I have been to hands down. They actually treated the underlying cause of my dogs' issues rather than just throwing the most expensive medication at them to stop the symptoms. They ask questions and clarifying questions to get to the root of the problem. And on top of that everyone is so kind and professional. They're going to be my vets for as long as I have pets.
The entire team at PVS is amazing. Dr. Regalado is excellent at explaining everything that is happening and all the likely possibilities/preventative measures for our cats’ ailments. The staff is all very personable, and it’s very clear that they just want the best for our pets. I am so grateful and fortunate to have found the team at PetSmart Veterinary Services, Garner. I appreciated how understanding, nonjudgmental, and empathetic they were with my dog’s dental care as well as having to put my mom’s dog down. I highly recommend this team as they are so kind, supportive, and take great care of your loved one.
