Affordable, friendly, helpful. So glad I found a vet
Dr. Torres and Kinsey were fantastic. We brought our new puppies in for their initial evaluation. They received vaccinations. We even received a call on the following day to check on our puppies’ reaction to vaccines. They were professional and thorough in their examination of both puppies. This was probably the best veterinary experience I have ever had. I highly recommend veterinary clinic.
We absolutely love Dr Torres and his crew!! They are so good with our dog Marty and really care about not only him but us too!! Like he said to us our dog is family and he goes above and beyond to make the appointments easy and hassle free and helps to make Marty feel comfortable. For a dog that has been dealing with anxiety, He is calm and actually allows Dr Torres to visit with him. (We have been to other vets and it’s always a rough time between dog and vet.) I was super impressed with this clinic inside the Fayetteville PetSmart. The assistant was so caring and friendly. She was so obviously a pet lover. She was very professional as well. Then Dr Torres came in and he was so warm and caring with my pet as well. He gave a very thorough examination and shared with me everything he found. He ended up prescribing an antibiotic and he completely explained exactly how to administer the meds and gave me syringes that were marked on the correct amount. The Absolute BEST veterinary service I've ever had! Dr. Emanuel Torres,and his staff are so sweet and personable, professional and thorough, they really care about your fur baby! I would highly recommend if you have a cat, I've never found a veterinary facility as great as this one! Thank you so much Dr. Emanuel Torres for your expertise and compassion!:)
