After calling numerous Vet offices in the area for an urgent care appointment and being turned down, Dr. William's practice inside Petsmart had an appointment available, and treated Piper that same day! What a relief to get caring, professional care for my fur baby the same day! Thank you, Dr. Williams and staff for a great experience!
I like the convenient location. The ease and availability of appointments. I like the ease of dealing with the staff and provider. He gives you options. He answers all questions. I like the checking in the day after to check on how my dog is feeling and to answer any questions I may have.

This isn't the place to go for diagnostic medicine. As someone who has worked in internal medicine, seems a joke. We regularly rule out infections by way of treatment in humans but not this animal? Not everyone can afford thousands in testing, try an antibiotic, might be worth your time before we proceed. The second visit to you was absolutely pathetic.
