I will never and I mean never utilize the services of Petsmart in Towson. Their grooming services over the last three years have been going downhill. My dogs recent visit was a shit show. First of all I three cancellations. I drop my dog off at 130pm for an appt the typically takes three hours became six hours. We just picked our dog up and noted to the groomer that he was limping. She responded saying "he was laying on his leg." We left clearly questioning the "laying on leg" story. By the time we got home and took him in his limp become even more pronounced. My husband called and spoke with the manager about what happened and she offered to have Tucker seen by a vet with Banfield, but it would have to be in the morning as they had no emergency slots open for today.
