Great shop with friendly staff and healthy products for our loving paws. We love supporting Chuck & Don's. A great addition to Longmont.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Love the variety in this store.
Bad customer service. We walked the entire store and did not get asked if we needed help. When we found what we thought was a steal turns out it was just a run of the mill small discount. I had asked the cashier to scan a different pack to see if it was on sale she refused. I've never had an issue with unfriendly service at dee o gee. With online retailers brick and mortar stores really need to maintain customer service stay afloat. I hope at the very least labeling for sale items is much clearer for future shopper.
