when busy customer service goes out the window – very unprofessional, made no effort to rectify a miscommunication about Vet records, turned us away after hassle of rescheduling appointment. Do not seem to appreciate their customers, apparently have more business than they can handle. Now have one less customer to worry about.

Only Two People Knew What They Were Doing – There was one sales rep and one manager that had any idea what do for reptiles. Everyone else was completly lost. There were dead fish throughout the tanks and hamsters in the display case. Birds that looked like they were tearing each other apart they were so crowded. I got a lizard from them that was half starved and dehydrated due to improper care.
