second time I take my dog to the grooming saloon and they give my dog back as stink as he was...don't waste your money there...

Scheduled an appointment to have my two yorkies groomed. NEVER AGAIN! I will find a locally owned business that actually cares about their customers and is accommodating.
Beyond disappointed. They used to have a good selection of toys, clothes & collars, now I can't find hardly anything. We have 2 small dogs & a cockerspaniel - we may have to find another place to shop if things don't change! In the last year, the St Pete stores have hardly no inventory & when you shop online for a store pick up they only have maybe half of the order, no notification so when you get there SURPRISE and the excuse is " we just dont have it in stock" well why didnt you say so before I came, this has happened a f... read more
Awsome store took Coco to a new home she's such a great cat! Love her! Thank you!!
Area where the cats and dogs are kept is filthy and smells worse than an outhouse. I tracked down an employee and made sure the feces and urine was cleaned up. No air fresher to help with the smell. Calling Corporate to formally complain. This store SHOULD NOT be housing live animals. I left this store very upset.
