I used to like this business and was a loyal customer who spent a lot of money here weekly. They have now lost my loyalty and my business because their shopping cart hit my car and damaged it and they refuse to accept responsibility for their errant carts. Goodbye PetSmart. To all others...you should park out on the North 40 so you don't have the same misfortune as I did.
they take great care of my puppy he just wants to come in there everyday you play with the dogs and cats and the other animals to have a good time and it makes me want to laugh
