It is hard to find workers a lot of the time but when you do manage to get ahold of one that has the time to assist you, they are almost always super informative about products or what to get for what kind of pet. I always appreciate the help! They helped me find some stuff for my jumping spider.
Once again Bo had an amazing experience Leah is amazing and today she was training someone and was very patient and thorough with her. That is nice to see so new staff don’t get overwhelmed.I will always bring my dog back.
I was treated as a sub human by the young girls in the grooming area. Brought my multipoo in for a haircut. Sent a picture of him to their online information. Asked for an asian fusion haircut. The price was supposed to be $86.00 they charged me $116.00. They shaved my dog down to nothing then denied that they were able to see a picture of him that I sent. It’s an amazing place. My shitzhu Molly absolutely loves to visit the Grooming department. Arizona is Mollys groomer. She is great at her job. Friendly and welcoming to my dog. Arizona says she always loves to see Molly on her grooming list. I got a full grooming on Molly Labor Day weekend Saturday and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Good job Arizona! We will definitely be back for grooming!
