We recently adopted a dog and went here a couple times before to prepare. Each time was very disappointing. Slow service, unhelpful/rude management, but a good selection. The large store and good selection don’t make up for the negative customer experiences I’ve had here. Don’t waste your time here - go to Petco. I’ve had great experiences there every single time, even if they have a smaller store.
I have now had 3 bad experiences at this store. Their staff is not capable of handling large dogs or double coats. I would never recommend and I would go to any of the local groomers over the commercial chain PetSmart.
They have all you need for just about any pet. With a friendly staff we love shopping here We have a hamster and have gotten all products for him here great selections
