My husband & I love this store! The grooming staff is amazing! We always get treated kindly! That is why we will keep coming back!
I was told not to bring my dog back to the groomers till i had a sedative for him, then when i finally get the medication for him I'm suddenly being told that they cant work with sedated dogs cause they cant monitor stress levels? They don't monitor anything... so what the hell are they talking about? Ive worked with dogs for over 5years, so this bullsh*t lie doesn't work. Its even on my dogs records that he needs a sedative in order to go to the groomer? So why was i told one thing, do it, then get told they cant? WORST SER... read more
