We love our local PetSmart, I never had to come to a PetSmart before , but since July 7 we are there weekly for puppy training clases and she is loving it, we are learning a lot. We also get her yummy treats and toys. There is a scale in the back where I can keep track of my puppy’s growth. And very cool to also have a veterinarian on site!.

The worst! I have been purchasing prescription canned cat food since March 2025 and their sales people told me which ones I needed. No problem, until this evening on 6/12/25, I came to purchase the same prescription cat food and they would only let me get 6 cans, telling me the prescription doesn't match the product. I understand why they did this, but getting loud about how I could sue them not only embarrassed me, but made them look like complete idiots.
