Staff is wonderful See note : Dear PetSmart Management, I am writing to report a deeply disturbing incident of animal cruelty that I witnessed at your Torrance location on Pacific Coast Highway. I had one of the worst grooming experiences at PetSmart. I clearly explained how I wanted my dog to be groomed, but they completely ignored my instructions and did whatever they wanted. The haircut was absolutely terrible. They shaved one side of my dog’s mustache and left the other side untouched. They claimed my dog was “too hyperactive” as an excuse.
