Keep a eye on your pets while they get a nail trim these people hate dogs and I didn't know it until today the groomers are extremely rude .. do you know the lady with highlights told me to go somewhere else because I asked how many nails are bleeding on my dog? I kept my cool but this lady kept saying this to me and she's not even the one who groomed my dog. New. Clean. Stocked. 4 stars because the parking lot can be a nightmare.
I love the staff here..except for one of the groomers, Stephanie is her name I believe. She seems to hate her life and/or job..bad attitude. She didn't do my matipoo justice and hurt her paws.
The people who are in charge of the adoption center and very inconsiderate and rude. One of their names was Rachel. My family waited 1 hour prior to opening and submitted an application. Once it was 12pm and opened, we were ignored and skipped and ultimately the volunteers gave up the kitten we were waiting for. After I specifically told the lady named Racheal that was the kitten we waited for and submitted the application. Unprofessional. I would not recommend these people.
