Jennifer why you so miserable? Just refund the lady her money like customer service did. You signed up to be a manager. You would think managers would go to all ends to solve a situation for a customer that loves & takes care of their pet, but no we have people like Jennifer who doesn’t care what your situation is & will purposely inconvenience you.

I did an online order to be delivered to my home. I ordered a 40lb bag of food. And got a small 6lb bag of food. I called the next morning so the error could be corrected. I was told I had to take the bag of food back. And they’d give me the correct one. No, I ordered to be delivered for a reason. The person I spoke to said she was the manager, Jennifer.
