Being a long time customer, after today I will never again spend one penny in this store, or any other branch for that matter. “Brad” manager in Helena, Montana was an absolute horrible terror to encounter. He thrust his body English my way and herded me out of the store for being medically exempt for not wearing a mask upon entrance. He also flipped me off in front of the store, as well as taunted me by following me out and flipping me off for a second time. I was terrified by this experience.
Business response:
I know that this store has a great curbside pickup if you can't enter the store due to a medical exemption. Is there a reason you didn't just order what you need and have them bring it to your car? It's super convenient. There are solutions if you search them out. It's not worth the frustration.

Every time I go to PetSmart my experience is less than satisfactory. I’ve got experience with my animals, but every time I go into a PetSmart the employees are condescending. This store is the same.

I was walking my dog in to his grooming appointment at PetSmart this morning and was struck by a vehicle in the parking lot. My partner ended up taking him in to get groomed as I was waiting for emergency services. After the ambulance, ER, etc., I went to pick up my dog from his grooming appointment and was told that his grooming was comped. This kindness and concern from the management and employees at PetSmart was unexpected. I have no words to express my appreciation. They have a customer for life right here. Thank you!
There are places that have good customer service and then there are places that truly go above and beyond. We lost a very beloved family dog last weekend and I called them to let them know and cancel his grooming appointment. When we brought in our other dog for her grooming appointment today, we were greeted with a nice card with handwritten notes from staff about how much Bart will be missed as well as a gift card for our other dog. These guys were great help as I was setting up a new 20gal aquarium. Gave me all the info I needed, quick and concise directions on the how to and when to intro fish to the new aquarium, and pointed me to all the awesome deals to make my project as affordable as possible! Super stoked about my new aquarium, and can't wait to intro fish into it!
