Our puppy Lily just graduated from puppy training, and we had wonderful experience... Thanks to our trainer Kathleen Huffman for being patient with us and for all help... She is very professional and very polite! We recommend everybody to take their dogs for training here. Thanks once again!!!
My dog Roxie went there for a nice bath and Lily did great! She’s almost always been assigned to Roxie for a walk in so I decided to assign Roxie to her on a mobile app and I definitely do not regret that:)
DO NOT BUY PETS FROM HERE. These people are so stupid, and have absolutely know knowledge of the animals they sell. Every mammal is “better in pairs” but yet not once but twice I’ve had hamsters kill each other. It sucks that it’s the only pet store so close, but it would be worth the drive to go to PetCo. Oh, and the assistant manager is a psycho. How she even has that position when she’s completely not personable is beyond me!
I was shopping on 1-26-18 & left my wristlet with my money license everything in it there.i was gone only 5 mins called and came back my wristlet vanished.manager sarah decker cashed me out and no one else anywhere in sight.i believe in my heart she took my wristlet...also thier are NO CAMERAS IN THIS PETSMART!!! Lucky for her!! Thief!!!.i lost all my money cards license everything!! Be aware shoppers be aware!!
They are the kindest people, we broke down on the way with 3 dogs in 90 degress..we were in a panic,they were kind enough to come pick me and our 3 dogs up, drop us off at petsmart, then drive back near the hospital to pick up my husband and bring him back because he had to wait for the tow truck....we just cant thank them enough,plus our dogs always look beautiful....
Roadie Loves his PetSmart. Went to see Easter Bunny today and had fun.
