Brought my bernedoodle in yesterday for grooming. She did have some mats but she was shaved to the skin, including her tail. They only left hair on her face and muzzle but it looked like it was cut by a 5 year old with round edge scissors. Also the paper said her ears were cleaned and nails cut. Neither of these were done. All this for a charge of $103. I will never go back to PetSmart for ANYTHING. I gave 1 star because I couldn’t give zero
My bernedoodle was groomed today and I admit she had some mats. The only positive thing I can say is that hair grows and it will come back. She was shaved to the skin except on her head. Her face is cut so unevenly a 5 year old with scissors could have done it. All this for $103. We won’t be back
