I came in a couple days ago and asked for 5 dozen small crickets, instead I got just over 3 dozen baby crickets. Literally babies, like 3cm long. I’m very unhappy and will not return. A complete waste of money.
I would not recommend them to groom your dog. They did my friends dog cut his weiner burned the pads of his feet and cut the quick on all his toe nails. and shaved a great pyranense balded before winter. Melissa is a horrible groomer.

I often frequent this location to get my Labrador Retrievers groomed. Benjamin and Franklin love Kat in the grooming salon. Today I went to replace my kitty litter box and your cashier took the time to price match my exact litter box and saved me nearly half off the cost. You have wonderful employees who see to genuinely care and for that I thank you!
We are a little over half way through the beginner training class. Our trainer Brandon has been helpful, patient and works hard to give each dog the attention and help they need. Our dog is vocal and anxious, but he’s already walking perfectly on the leash, showing much better self control and doing better around other dogs. Brandon has gone out of his way to make sure my dog has the right harness, toys and training treats to meet his specific needs. Totally worth every penny!
did the walk-in for getting my fur babies nails clipped...when I called they told me I needed their proof of rabies papers so I was prepared...so thankful they had later evening openings ..all our local groomers close around 5 and then is when I get out of work too...it worked out wonderfully...so thankful for another option even if it was a 45 minute drive...
Makwa had her first experience. Megan T. was great with her and took special care. We will be back for future appointments with Megan and the whole grooming team.
We have used pet smart to groom our dog and have usually had a pleasant experience. The other day, we booked our dog to be groomed and had Michael. He is fantastic! He has gone above and beyond and we are so happy with the results. We will definitely be sticking with him for future visits. Thank you!
