If you want to get attitude and pay extra for the express service so your dog doesn’t go in a kennel but then sit in the parking lot because they give you no time to get there to pick your dog up when done this is the place for you. I paid a good bit extra for that service btw. Oh, and don’t ask them to make sure your dog gets water. You will be told to go buy a portable water bowl and do it yourself. Gave this store three tries. Great the first time...downhill fast from there. Anyone got a good groomer recommendation?
RecommendedWent to Petsmart Sterling and had a disgusting experience. Two boxes of underwater aquarium filter had a price tag below it at $39.99. Cashier rung it up and came out at $99+. Cashier requested supervisor/manager to authorize the price reduction as he told me the store will honor whatever is in the price tag. Manager who was quite arrogant insisted he can’t give it at $39.99 and grabbed the two units away from my sight. Where’s your pricing integrity by the way?!?
The care my Westies receive is excellent from Banfield, their instore veterinarians. Everyone is very professional and caring of our pets while they are there. I wish their care plans were a little more comprehensive but we end up saving a lot vs private veterinarian services.
Love them! I won't take my baby anywhere else! ♡♡♡
