Grooming appointments that were scheduled to take 1 hour each, so 2 hours, ended up taking 5.5 hours with no notice or update. maybe they should update their appointment times versus making people wait and extra 3.5 hours

I started bringing my goldendoodle to PetsMart about a year ago after having a terrible experience at another groomer. It took me going through 3 different places that continued to give Maggie hackjob haircuts or make me feel guilty because I didn't brush my dog 3 times a day....all this until I landed on PetsMart and I am so glad I did. They are running a top notch operation with groomers that really seem to care! I hate to share my groomer (because I don't want her to get too busy) but Amanda does a BEAUTIFUL job on my dog... read more
Puppers, meowzers, and hammies love it!
They have always done our "boys" Gunner and Cooper. Arizona and Bozeman, MT. Gunner is getting too old to stand so we can't do him anymore. Thank you for all the years you have made Gunner so happy. (us,too)
Stood for 25 minutes waiting at grooming this morning and noone answered the bells, and other store employees didn't seem to care when I asked multiple times for help. Will not be back.
Such friendly people, my Rott mix was being over protective and the one gal suggested I step out then come back in, and he was just fine and stopped being over protective! I will always come back from here on out...thank you all so much again!
Great customer service, they care about the pets and have great prices!
